Terms of purchase on the website fun4u.si 

The buyer confirms that he is familiar with the entire text of the General Terms and Conditions of the online store on the fun4u.si website (hereinafter: Terms) and agrees with them.

Online sales on fun4u.si are carried out by the company FUN4U d.o.o., Britof 73, 4000 Kranj, registered in the court register on June 8, 2010.

The online store fun4u.si allows you to buy books and services online, which can be seen from the display on the subpages https://fun4u.si/spletna-trgovina. On the fun4u.si website, you can view our offer, information about items and prices. The terms of purchase are determined in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.


Ordering

Purchase without registration is possible. The user makes a purchase in the fun4u.si online store as a guest, which means that in the following steps he only provides the information necessary to place the order. This means that a user account was not created during the purchase, which could be used to log in to the online store in the future. The data of the user's purchase is recorded in our database. The protection of personal data is described below under a special point.

After reviewing the offer, next to the selected items, the user selects the "Add to cart" option. The selected items are collected in the basket (tab at the top right), which the user can check at any time and edit the items in it (change the quantity and/or remove them from the list). The user completes the order by clicking the "Checkout" button, where he reviews the list of selected products. In the basket, the user completes the entire purchase (divided into several parts):

Part 1: the user reviews his order (list and quantity of items) and changes it at will; in the event of a quantity change, the amount in the basket is automatically recalculated. In this phase, the user can enter the Promo code for the discount that he previously received from the provider and thus take advantage of the additional discount. The discount is calculated by clicking the "Confirm" button when the user has entered the Promo code. Promo codes may be limited by validity period, number and value.

Part 2: The user chooses the payment method (by advance invoice or paypal), and chooses the delivery method - delivery via the delivery service (the shipping cost will be displayed before placing the order).

Step 3: The user enters the e-mail information, personal information first and last name, delivery address (address, postal code, city and country) and telephone number. If the user wants an invoice for a company, he must tick it and write the company's information: enter the name of the company, tax number and whether he is liable for VAT.

Part 4: The user indicates that he agrees to the general terms and conditions and completes the purchase and executes the order by clicking the "Confirm" button. The user is shown a purchase confirmation, and at the same time receives an e-mail confirming the purchase with a summary of the purchase to the e-mail address entered in the shopping cart. When choosing to pay by credit card or paypal, the user is redirected to the interface where he completes the payment and after successful payment, the purchase confirmation page is displayed. At the same time, a summary of the order will be sent to the entered e-mail address.

With the user's confirmation and execution of the order in the 4th step of the purchase process, FUN4U d.o.o. sends an email confirming his order.

Before the confirmation of FUN4U d.o.o. the order is reviewed and reserves the right to refuse in the event that the item is no longer in stock or clearly incorrect prices, which may arise in the event of errors in automated transfers, of which the buyer will be notified as soon as possible. In case of ambiguities, checking data or ensuring delivery accuracy, FUN4U d.o.o. can calls the customer on his phone number, which he entered in the basket.

Sales contract between FUN4U d.o.o. and customers is concluded at the moment FUN4U d.o.o. confirm the order. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to the company FUN4U d.o.o. as for the buyer. The buyer is the person with the information provided when placing the order. It is not possible to change the customer data later. By placing an order, the buyer guarantees the accuracy of the data and at the same time confirms the terms of business and irrevocably and exclusively acknowledges and accepts them as an integral part of his order.

The confirmed order or the concluded contract can be found in electronic form at the headquarters of FUN4U d.o.o., Britof 73, 4000 Kranj.

The buyer can obtain a copy of the contract by requesting it by e-mail to the e-mail address info@fun4u.si or by phone at no. 041 369 893.

The costs associated with the use of a communication tool when ordering do not differ from the basic tariff.


Material defects, complaints, service and warranty

In accordance with the ZVPot, FUN4U is responsible for material defects in the goods.

The buyer must FUN4U d.o.o. to inform about a possible material defect together with a precise description of it within two months from the discovery of the defect and at the same time to enable inspection of the goods. FUN4U d.o.o. is not responsible for material defects in the goods that become apparent after the expiration of the period specified by law from the acceptance of the goods.

The right to assert a material defect in the goods is more precisely regulated by the provisions of the Act on Consumer Protection.


In the company FUN4U d.o.o. we are aware of the importance of complaints, which is why we try to solve them in the shortest possible time, to the satisfaction of both parties and in accordance with the legally valid provisions.

After confirmation or upon coordination with you, we will organize the pickup of the shipment via Pošta Slovenije or another provider or agreed to pick up at one of our sales centers. Be sure to submit a copy of the original invoice along with the goods.

Items have a warranty if it is stated so on the warranty card or invoice. The supplier of the article guarantees the quality or its flawless operation during the warranty period, if it is used in accordance with its purpose and the attached instructions. The warranty periods are indicated on the warranty sheets or on the invoices and begin to run from the day of acceptance of the goods by the buyer. The warranty return form can be found here (in preparation).


The time during which the supplier provides the buyer with payment for repair, maintenance of goods and spare parts is at least 3 years after the expiry of the warranty period.

FUN4U d.o.o. with its own service organized at the company's headquarters at Britof 73, 4000 Kranj, Ljubljana, is qualified for technical assessment of possible defects and independently decides on the resolution of complaints and the replacement of a defective product, except in cases where it is indicated otherwise.


When claiming the warranty, the buyer must also deliver the warranty card and invoice with the equipment, where the date of purchase, serial number and warranty period for each item are stated.

Warranty period for the item that the customer sends or brings to FUN4U d.o.o. for repair or warranty replacement, valid for as long as stated on the warranty card. This period starts from the date indicated on the invoice or warranty card of the article. Errors and damages caused by incorrect use of equipment supplied by FUN4U d.o.o. are not covered by warranty terms.


Prices

All prices are shown in EUR and include VAT, which is clearly stated on the final invoice. Prices and other benefits (discounts...) are valid at the moment the order is placed and have no further validity. The listed prices are only valid for purchases via the fun4u.si online store and for the payment methods listed below under the specified conditions.

FUN4U d.o.o. reserves the right to daily changes in the prices of the assortment without prior notice.

In the event that the price information is incorrect or that the price changes during order processing, FUN4U d.o.o. allows the buyer to withdraw from the purchase.


Method of payment

Regardless of the chosen method of payment for the items, you will receive the invoice for the purchase of the items to your e-mail address (in .pdf format) immediately after the delivery of the package, or in physical form immediately after receiving the package.


The following payment methods are available in the fun4u.si online store:


by pre-invoice - after the purchase, you will receive payment information to the entered e-mail address, on the basis of which you will make the payment


payment by Paypal.


When paying with PayPal online, if the order is canceled or the payment method is changed by the user, please notify us by e-mail: tanja@woustar.si for a refund.


**After receipt of payment according to the offer/proforma invoice, the order will proceed to the processing process.


When you select payment "by advance invoice", you will receive the information for making the payment in your inbox: payment amount, transaction account, reference or reference and purpose of payment. In this case, you will pay for the ordered goods with a general UPN payment order (form) at a bank, post office or through your online bank. After making the payment, you can send us a confirmation of payment to the e-mail address tanja@woustar.si in order to process the order faster. The received invoice must be settled within 3 working days at the latest, otherwise FUN4U d.o.o. canceled the order.

Payment to the TRR of FUN4U d.o.o. is arranged on the basis of the data that the user receives in the case of choosing payment by pre-invoice.


Delivery and collection


We will deliver the ordered goods that are in stock within a maximum of 3 working days after receiving the order or after payment received in the case of a proforma invoice, unless otherwise indicated. Due to holidays or weekends, the shipping time may be extended, so please understand. If the ordered goods are currently not in stock, we will inform you by e-mail or phone.

Delivery is carried out in cooperation with Pošta Slovenije or another delivery company. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, you can pick up the ordered items in accordance with the rules of the delivery service.



Shipping costs, invoice

Packaging and delivery costs are paid by the buyer. The cost is calculated according to the valid price list and the weight of the shipment. The shipping cost will be calculated and shown separately before the order is placed. VAT is included in the delivery price.

The costs of packaging and delivery are already calculated when purchasing in the fun4u.si online store.

The buyer receives the goods delivered to the address in accordance with the rules of the delivery service.

Upon receipt of the delivered goods, the buyer will also receive an original invoice with all information and in accordance with the terms of sale published on this page and confirmed upon placing the order.


FUN4U d.o.o. after shipping the ordered items, upon request, it also sends the customer an invoice in electronic format to the customer's e-mail address.


The price and all costs related to the purchase are detailed on the invoice.


The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the data before submitting the order, because later objections regarding the correctness of the invoices issued by FUN4U d.o.o. will not consider.



Contract withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons within 14 days of receiving the goods and send a written notice of withdrawal during this time (this applies exclusively to natural persons who acquire the item for purposes outside of their commercial activity).

In order to assert the right to withdraw, the consumer must inform the company FUN4U d.o.o., Britof 73, 4000 Kranj, e-mail tanja@woustar.si, phone: 070 852 238 of his decision to withdraw from this contract/in writing by post, fax or e-mail). For this purpose, the consumer can use the attached sample withdrawal form, which is available to the consumer here (in preparation).

If the consumer has already received the goods and withdraws from the contract, he must return the goods to FUN4U d.o.o. as soon as possible or at the latest within 14 days from the sent notification of withdrawal from the contract (purchase). The buyer must return the goods undamaged, in the same quantity and in the original, undamaged packaging, together with all related documentation and a copy of the original invoice.


FUN4U d.o.o. returns the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal. FUN4U d.o.o. has the right to withhold the refund of the purchase price received until the returned goods are accepted or until the consumer provides proof that he sent the goods back.


The right to a refund in the case of warranty claims and material defects is more precisely regulated by the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.


Complaints and disputes


FUN4U d.o.o. complies with applicable consumer protection legislation and will do its best to provide an effective complaint handling system.

The appeal process is confidential.


FUN4U d.o.o. will confirm within five working days that it has received the complaint and inform the customer how long it will take to process it and inform him about the progress of the procedure.


Any disputes arising from the use of the fun4u.si online store between the customer and FUN4U d.o.o. will primarily be resolved by mutual agreement. If this is not possible, the court of actual jurisdiction is responsible for resolving disputes.


FUN4U d.o.o. does not recognize any provider of out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes as competent to resolve a consumer dispute that a consumer may initiate in accordance with the Act on out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.


Protection of personal data


By entering into a purchase contract, you agree that your personal data will be stored and used exclusively for the purposes of fulfilling the order (sending informative material, offers, invoices, notification of news) and other necessary communication.


FUN4U d.o.o. undertakes to handle all acquired personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (adequate protection against loss, destruction, falsification, manipulation and unauthorized access or discovery by third parties). Despite the appropriate technical and organizational procedures to secure the data we collect, FUN4U d.o.o. cannot rule out possible misuse of data, as the Internet is an unpredictable medium despite security measures and security communication protocols.


The user himself is also responsible for the protection of personal data, by ensuring the security of his username and password and for the appropriate original equipment of his computer, which is updated and anti-virus protected.


For the needs of FUN4U d.o.o. collects the following user data: first and last name, address and place of residence, e-mail address, contact telephone number and other data that users enter in the forms on the fun4u.si website. FUN4U d.o.o. is not responsible for the accuracy of data entered by users.


About cookies and their use

The amended Act on Electronic Communications (Official Gazette No. 109/2012; hereinafter ZEKom-1), which entered into force at the beginning of 2013, brought new rules regarding the use of cookies and similar technologies for storing information or accessing information stored on the user's computer or mobile device. Cookies are nothing new, the law only interfered with the method of informing and consenting website users regarding their use.
